My little sister's school is having a Sadies Hawkins dance for the first time in years. She has a guy that she wants to ask but doesn't know how she should ask him. Does anyone have any cute ideas that she can possibly use to ask the guy?

Honestly, I would suggest she just asks! Things that girls think is cute, guys might find lame and she'll end up being more embarrassed than if she had just said, "Hey, wanna go to the Sadie Hawkins dance together?"

As long as her idea isn't to get him arrested (like that ridiculous prom-posal that was on the news last week), I think she'll be good. If she really wants to do something special, she should start by thinking about his hobbies and interests for inspiration. It would be easier to think of suggestions if we had some clue as to what this guy is into/would enjoy.
