My husband is Hawaiian. My kids love the movie. I love the sound track and Dwayne Johnson is my celebrity husband. Lol. Great movie!!

I love that movie! I've seen it a ton but it still makes me tear up (I'm not entirely sure why). It reminds me of when I lived in Hawaii and makes me miss it a lot.

I just did a moana cake. It was a last minute call... but it was fun.

Did yoiu just recently see it?? I have a spotify playlist for Disney jams and can belt out some Moana theme songs. We went and saw it opening weekend and then for the blu ray.

I should mention....i have a 4yr old.

I have the sound track on my phone and rock out to it. Even my FH sings along to it. I had the movie on when I was cleaning today. No kids, no shame.

FH will not stop singing the songs! He's driving me nuts, but I love the movie. I think it was really cute and they didn't do the cliche main characters falling in love thing.

I'm obsessed with Moana and I don't even have kids! I have legit listened to the soundtrack daily for months now. I also gave every kid I know Moana-themed toys for Christmas. My FH thinks this obsession is hysterical. It's probably because it reminds me of living in Hawaii.

I LOVE Moana - we pre-ordered the DVD without even seeing the movie first because theater tickets are expensive but we'd all heard and fallen in love with the soundtrack. FH and I sing along to all the songs. I am a sucker for a good disney movie in general but this one is definitely in my top 5 all time favorites. My 6 year old loves it too and we end up watching it a lot but I never get tired of it.

How Far I'll Go gives me chills every time. I especially love that Disney chose an unknown for Moana, Auli'i's voice is amazing.

I'm obsessed with everything about Moana. You should watch the behind the scenes on the making of it and how the directors really tried to make it authentic to the Polynesian culture by having consultants give their critique on the movie and actually fixing stuff they found offensive or not true about their culture. Seriously such a well made movie and beautiful music.

I love this movie. Heck, even the soundtrack makes me tear up! The song where she's singing with her grandma at the end? Gets me every time!

ETA @Mili I saw the extras and I was so happy they went to such lengths to honor and respect the culture. Every consultant was gushing about it! And the one girl was like "yeah, Moana has my hair" I had a good laugh at that!

When I'm getting ready for an event, full face and hair, I always play this movie. FH also loves it! Soooo good!
