I was reminded today that one of the many reasons I love FH is how he is always present and helpful. Today was a tiring day, but it was fun with him by my side and we made so many happy holiday memories. Happy holidays from our home to yours!

@MrsB Your tree is lovely! I really wanted to get the premium whiskey Drinks by the Dram advent calendar for FH and I this year, but couldn't justify the cost with wedding planning and house hunting... there's always next year! ;-)

Our tree would not fit in the stand this year. FH went golfing Saturday and as soon as he got home we went driving around looking for a tree (went to three spots) and then it took about an hour to get it in the stand. There were low branches in the way we couldn't saw off!

Also my dad and stepmom got us a fire pit for Christmas!

Aww I love this post! This is our very first Christmas tree together in our new home & as husband & wife. We had such a good time putting it up together
