So I started taking diet pills, not this Monday but the last because I've been working out and eating right for almost 6 weeks and have been stuck in a plateau. Now, I know, I know...diet pills are the devil...I shouldn't be taking them, etc, etc. And I usually agree with this..but somehow my sister...

So I started taking diet pills, not this Monday but the last because I've been working out and eating right for almost 6 weeks and have been stuck in a plateau. Now, I know, I know...diet pills are the devil...I shouldn't be taking them, etc, etc. And I usually agree with this..but somehow my sister convinced me to take them cus her mother-in-law and 3 other girls she knows have taken them & have lost weight with them. My plan was to take them for 2 weeks just to break through the plateau and then stop.

Anyway...the Friday after I started taking them (last Friday)...I felt a tingly, cold, numb senstation on my left hand. But it went away. And then yesterday I got the same sensation on my right hand...and it hasn't gone away. I've been taking the pills for 9 days and I am wondering if the tingly hands thing could be from the pills or something else? Anyone else ever have anything like this?

Go to your doctor! If you can't lose weight there may be something physically wrong with you. Also the doctor can refer you to a nutritionist who can provide you with a detailed dietary plan made for you personally.
