NWR: 21 Day Fix and Shakeology

I'm wanting to try the 21 day fix and I've seen a few posts in the past where lots of you tried it and loved it. I just have a few questions. Did you buy the full plan w/workouts etc or just the containers off amazon? Were there enough containers for your entire day's worth of food or just like one...

I'm wanting to try the 21 day fix and I've seen a few posts in the past where lots of you tried it and loved it. I just have a few questions. Did you buy the full plan w/workouts etc or just the containers off amazon? Were there enough containers for your entire day's worth of food or just like one of each? Is shakeology part of the meal plan or is it just suggested? (It comes with a shakeology shaker..) And if shakeology is a part of the meal plan did any of you use an alternative? (Shakeology is pricey for me)

Any of you not like 21 fix? FH and I have been eating like sh*t lately and he's on board with us both trying to push ourselves to eat healthier and make better choices. I've heard good things about this plan but would be open to hear if anything else worked well for you.

BB has great workout programs! I have to do workout videos, or I won't workout. I hate just using an elliptical/have no idea what weight exercises to do. I bought the $99/year BB pass, so I have access to all of the programs.

The 21DF has great workouts and really helps with portion control, although I no longer use the containers.

It's a good program, and I know you can do protein drinks instead of shakeology... but I drink shakeology for my over all health. 2 years ago I was told bring down my cholesterol or go on meds and I started 21 day fix with the shakes. My cholesterol is way down. I drink it every morning for breakfast and plan to continue doing that. Different things work for different people. But the biggest thing is eating right

21 day fix is amazing. If you stick to it you will feel incredible. You need to do workouts too, but if you just do eating plan, you will lose a ton of weight.

SunWarrior is a good protein shake. I have been drinking it for quite a while and its a great breakfast shake(cup of spinach, cup of mixed berries, 2 cups of water). I've done the fix a few times. the first time I was pretty good about it and lost a few pounds. Now I'm sticking with containers combined with some ItWorks products and have found that to be a great combination

6 years ago from February to June, I lost 35 pounds. I stopped eating fast food on my lunch break and shopped at the grocery store during break for stuff to make salads. I stopped drinking pop, energy drinks, coffee and sugary beverages, and eating sugary foods. I ate simple home cooked meals with hardly any carbs, just meats and veggies. It didn't cost me anything; in fact it saved me money. This is all you really need to do to loose weight, not buy some dieting gimmick. They are rarely successful because they are fad diets. The 21 day program forces you to jump into a healthy diet and exercise routine, when in reality, you can't just make a jump start into a healthy lifestyle. And "Fix" just basically means fad.
