November Brides

Brandy, on December 9, 2016 at 11:10 PM Posted in Planning 0 7

Hello all,

Well if you are from VA, then you know that in VA., November can be warm at times and I have planned for an outside wedding. Now I am becoming nervous. Is there anyone else that is having a outside wedding in November, or is there anyone that knows a weather prediction app that is good. Thanks in advance.

Always have a back up plan for an outdoor wedding. November weather can be so unpredictable; I've seen it be 80 outside and I've seen a foot of snow.

Please have a solid backup plan! We had beautiful weather for our wedding, but my parents also got married in November (1990) and it was an absolute downpour on their wedding day.

I live in MD so I know exactly what you mean about weather. We're planning an outdoor wedding in the garden of our venue but in case weather is bad, they have a barn, or we can go inside the manor.

If I were you, I'd check with my venue to make sure there's a back up plan for inclement weather.

As someone that lives in VA and has attended an outdoor wedding in November I have to say this is a horrible idea. Have a backup plan because anything below 65 (that's being generous) should be indoors.

My son got married on 22 Nov in VA and it was outside on my dad's farm. We froze to death and the service lasted 4 minutes plus pics. It was beautiful but COLD

I live in Northern Va. This year 11/11 was cool during the day and cold at night! I'd have a backup plan.
