November 2024 wedding ceremony start time at 5:30

I’m getting married in November 2024. We found a venue that I really think is amazing. The venue has an option to have the ceremony outside on a terrace overlooking the skyline of the city and I really like this idea because I would love to get married with the skyline in the background as the sunsets. The only thing is that the earliest the start time can be for the venue is at 5:30. This is because the venue is a museum and the museum doesn’t close to the public until five. The floor that is rented out, isn’t available until four. As well and this makes it tough for the vendors to get everything done on time. When talking to the venue, they have stated that they have had ceremonies done at this time with no issues in regards to the sun setting and it being too dark. According to her the sunsets around 615 or 630. However, whenever I look online, it says the sunsets at 5:30. I feel torn because I don’t want to choose another venue. Attached are photos of the venue sent by the venue event coordinator in November and December of last year with the start time at 5:30. The sun is still out. But part of me still doesn’t trust it because according to google , last year the sun set at 5:30 due to daylight saving times lol.


Has anyone gotten married around this time in November? Or has anyone gone to a wedding around this time in November and has had the sun still out?
