November 5, here! Things are going really well so far. We started planning early, so I feel like there's been a lull for a little while, but now things are in full swing. I hope your planning is going well too!
November 5th. My planning is going incredibly. I have most things done and purchased already and I’m very excited to become own with the love of my life!
November 26th here! I feel like I have so much to do. We were supposed to get married last November but for obvious reasons we postponed to this November. So we stopped planning after postponing since we had time and now it's creeping up to us! We starting planning again. We have to do favors, send our invites, finish small decor details, flowers, and all my bridesmaids don't have all their dresses... im far behind haha
Our date is November 6 - my grandma's birthday! We have all of our big ticket stuff accomplished (venues, food, photography, DJ, etc.) I finalized my invitation suite last week and sent it off to the local printer I'm working with. Should have physical print proofs by end of the week! I'm excited to see this vision come to life! I have quite a few additional DIY projects to tackle but nothing that I can't handle. My dad has been awesome - volunteering to help with parts of my centerpieces! My biggest challenge is a fiancé who says he wants to be involved in the planning but when asked doesn't want to focus on the task at hand! LOL My anxiety level fluctuates on a daily basis! But in the end it will all be worth it when I get to marry the love of my life!
November 6th is our 3rd date and seeing the increase in cases again and mask mandates going into place again makes me wonder if we’ll get married or if it’ll be pushed out again. Our venue has only allowed rescheduling and we were canceled days before our initial March 2020 date.
We’re working on guest list and invitations, collecting updated addresses of those who have moved. Planning to order invites by the end of July. All the big stuff has been done and packed away. Working on bridal party hangers - guys are finished. And wrapping up the bridal party gifts. We’ve added more to our gifts to those who have stuck with us through 3 dates. We also recently purchased a new cake cutting set with matching champagne glasses from Things Remembered. It’s gorgeous!
I give you so much credit!! How is your planning coming along?
We have been engaged for 16 months, planning our wedding for 16. Date is November 12. Even with all the time we've spent planning, we still don't have some big vendors/decisions made yet because when I get overwhelmed I shut down! Anyone have advice on how they are fighting through the "wedding planning hangover", as I call it?
Hi 👋 11/20. 120 more days!!! Overall progress is great….I think. All vendors booked. Just working on invitations, picking out bridesmaid dresses, colors, dress alterations, wedding registry, and trying to get a day of coordinator. If anyone has any recommendations for invitations I’d appreciate it!! For some reason the invitations seem to be a difficult task for me, I was able to find and book all vendors and find the perfect dress but invitations are hard 😁 Congratulations 🍾 to everyone on their upcoming weddings!!
