Not dress regret

Dress envy is the other thing many brides have. I had dress envy. It’s where you love your dress but you also really think others are super pretty too and so it does make you think ugh gosh look at those other ones

I did this I love my dress but I didn't get to try on a higher neckline gown that I wanted and sometimes have the same feeling. Apparently this is normal 🤷🏻‍♀️

And I also haven't really like looked at any other dresses like on Pinterest or anything, but some days it just bugs me that I couldn't see what that type of dress would have looked like on me. But yeah that must be it.

I think that's what I'm feeling. Like hmm what if I would have taken a chance on that dress but then I know I would have been worried because I truly wouldn't be even to have an idea of what it would have looked like on me.

I totally get this! I try not to look at wedding dresses at this point deliberately, just because it starts me thinking "well what if I had tried on a dress like that..." You're so brave for watching "Say Yes to the Dress!" I think if I watched it, I would be busting down every bridal boutique's doors every weekend in search of the "real" dress of my dreams lol.

Anyway, all this to say you're not alone! Good old dress fomo (fear of missing out). I'm sure you picked your dress for a reason and it's going to look amazing!

I watch SYTTD EVERY day! I just love it so much and seeing how happy (& crazy, lol) everyone is! And although I see tons of pretty dresses online, I never truly second guess mine. They're all so amazing, it's impossible to not think "what if" - it's definitely normal!

Many of us brides to be have dress envy, they're all so beautiful, and the more you look at after picking your dream dress you start imaging yourself in something more elegant!
I'm sure your dress is STUNNING, you'll be a gorgeous 👰 I tried on over 40 dresses before I found my dream dress, and I had about a week of sleepless nights trying to decide between my final two choices.
This is my dream dress, the next one was my second choice

Find another shop and try on the dress or one similar!
