Non traditional

I was going to have a black gown for my reception. My MIL brought one with her from Argentina but my big ol' Puerto Rican bum went Monster-in-law on that gown and popped the zipper.

My metalhead hubby would have loved it but alas, my ass could not be contained.

Any pictures of your rose gold gown?

I was going to go with champagne but I wasn't too sure if it was going to go with my color scheme being that it's so bold. I was afraid it might clash. Since I'm getting mine custom made, I didn't want to take that risk of not liking it after I get it champagne so I just opted for white. I was also thinking that there's a good chance I might wear blue shoes. Do you happen to have a photo of your dress??

This is the dress pre alterations

Mine has champagne with two layers of ivory lace over the top. The pictures I have it just looks ivory, but in person you can see the champagne color. I joked with FH about getting a black dress and he said he didn’t care as long as it wasn’t “too poofy” lol! A rose gold gown sounds beautiful!

My dress is champagne and I love it!

My dress is ivory sheer fabric on the top but a champagne pinkish color underneath.

It's so pretty!! Is it covered in sequins?

Mine has a white top but the bottom is "moscato" a really light pink, not quite as bold as blush but still has color. I'm pretty pale so white does NOT compliment my skin lol. The pink color looks beautiful though!

Aww I love it! I wanted to do a non traditional color but FH insisted on white or ivory. So I went with a non traditional shorter dress instead.
