Non-pro Bas!

Today was my shower and it went super well! We had I believe 22 or 23 guests not including FH’s stepmom (host) and my BMs (FSIL & my cousin). It was also hair trial day and I definitely noticed that my balayage needs to be taken up so that my half-up half-down hairdo doesn’t look like 5” of roots. Other than that, I loved my hair too! Pro tip: if you know you’ll socialize instead of eating, eat something before/on the way to the shower. I swung by Starbucks and grabbed a croissant even though I knew there would be lunch at my shower and I’m glad I did. I ended up barely eating anything while I was introducing my family to FH’s family and all the friends. Only 41 days until the big day and I’m feeling optimistic!
