No more months left to count!

We have 23 days until we get married! Time is really flying now. I need to go get my ring cleaned, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for getting rid of what I think is soap scum on the underside of my diamond. I can't get any brushes underneath it so I would need some kind of cleaning solvent. I saw some people using spic and span or ammonia but that seems harsh.

Where did you get your ring from? Some jewelers will professionally clean your ring for free. I have heard that you can let it soak in Windex (ammonia) for at least 10 minutes and that should dissolve any gunk. Ammonia won't hurt your diamond.

I highly recommend! I had to get one tiny diamond replaced on my ring and they did a full rhodium re-plating and cleaning. It looked better than when I first got it! The lady at the store said just come back right before the wedding and they will get it all shined up for the big day.

Can you take it to a ring cleaner? Maybe where your FH purchased it from? usually they offer free cleanings and mine always looks incredible after it's been cleaned Smiley smile
