No cake topper- opinion?

Hi everyone. TGIF- for real!!!! I am trying to purchase a few of the little accessories this month (toasting flutes, cake server, etc) so I looked around cake toppers but my FH doesn't care for any particular one and I don't have my heart set on one either. The photo is the wedding cake I want from Publix. Think it looks just fine without a topper? I'm a cake freak so the more sugar flowers the better I was going to decorate the cake table with a few trinkets that reflect "us" too.

My cake just had flowers on top and few clustered on each tier - silk ones that matched the bouquet. It was perfect!

I bought one and then forgot it on the day of the wedding! Lol nobody noticed and i even forgot until the next day! Oh well!

We aren't doing a topper because our cake is going to have edible flowers from the top to the bottom.

@thehouseofallen Out of curiosity, what makes you think that cake toppers are tacky? I'm genuinely curious because I think they're very cute.

I wish we just did flowers on top. We had a stupid generic letter "A" instead.
