No bridal party......flower girl and ring bearer?

Echo, on July 29, 2016 at 2:40 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Two part question. One we will not be having a bridal party. Should we have a flower girl and ring bearer? Second should we have anyone do a speech at the reception?

Totally up to you. Do you have children in mind for these roles? If you do, I'd say have them.

Maybe your parents can give speeches at the reception?

We are not having a bridal party but my son will be walking me down the aisle and my daughter and my FH goddaughter will be flower girls. If you are doing it just to do it that's fine and up to you but don't feel pressured, If these kids are important to you and your FH go for it! It's your wedding.

    Hello!

i know this discussion is a bit old, but I’m just curious, what did you end up doing? My FH and I are in the exact situation (no bridal party, but considering having a flower girl/ring bearer; wondering how speeches should be coordinated)
