No bottled water, Please!

We're hippie earth loving people trying to keep our wedding as sustainable as possible. We'd assumed that the caterer was going to provide pitchers of tap water until she told us that the venue uses well water that smells funny. How can we avoid buying plastic water bottles that will end up half empty and in landfill??? Any ideas?
