New York Botanical Garden Question

Hi all,

We sent our check and contract to NYBG several weeks ago, and it’s been like pulling teeth to hear back from them. I feel like we were being rushed to book our date (May 31, 2020), and now that we have, we haven’t heard back. Until we reached out, nobody confirmed receipt of our deposit, which was $7,000, or about 25%. To date, they haven’t deposited our check or sent us back the signed contract. I just don’t know if this is normal. Any advice would be helpful!
