New Wedding Dress 1 week before my wedding!!

My original wedding dress came back in June and I have gotten it altered maybe 5 times at a third party tailor that my shop recommended because the Bodice was too big/ long but the past two times I am just spilling out the top and when I lift my arms up my boobs do come out. Since we are down to the nitty gritty, I called my bridal shop and they asked to see pictures and wound up making me come in. They said she shortened the bodice too much, can’t be fixed, and they are giving me the sample dress from the floor rack and we are starting from scratch one week before I get married. Trying not to panic so I want to hear from other brides!!
