New shoes not so new ugghhhh

I ordered what I thought was going to be my wedding shoes from Betsey Johnson. I was so excited to take them out the box and try them on. The were wrapped up tight! I finally get all the paper off and out of the inside of the shoe. I'm smiling so hard and then it happened.... My shoes are used!!! or a sample pair. The bottom of both shoes were all scuffed up. I called BJ and they tried to give me 20% off the cost of the shoes if I kept them. No Thanks! Then they offered to send a replacement pair. Nope, I want my money back!! It's not like I got these off Ebay or somewhere. I ordered them straight from BJ so there's no excuse! Good thing I'm not a procrastinator and I have almost 6 months to go because I would have been out of luck. I will never shop with them again, Unless I find something in TJ Maxx/Marshalls and its a hell of a sale lololol
