I have 13 months to go. Every month I'm picking up some small things for the wedding.

June: 2 flower girl tote bags (instead of baskets), 2 ring bearer pillows, a sash for me.

July: guest book, save the date cards.

It feels so good that things are slowly coming together.

I got them at Hobby Lobby. Regular price is 9.99 but if you bring up their website on your phone they have a couple to save 40% on one regular priced item.

We are doing the same thing! Each pay period we make payments to our wedding vendors and pick up little things for the wedding. We are hoping buying little things in advance will help later offset the last minute wedding costs and things to do.
