New invitations

Hey everyone! So due to all this rona crap I had to reschedule the wedding from April 25th to August 7th. None of us were probably ever thinking we’d have to postpone our wedding days but unfortunately that’s what some of us brides had to take on during our wedding planning, and I’m so sorry for everyone who had to do so! It’s definitely very difficult! But now since some of us have to move our dates to later I guess I have a few questions about the best way to go about everything now. So for invitations my fiancé are now going to be doing the email/online type invitations, we both let everyone know that things are changing and told them the new date. So do we do the normal send out our new invitations at the normal time frame you would or since it was postponed so we give them more time? Also, for anyone who has used the email type of invitations, would you recommend using it? Like is it pretty easy and a cheaper way to have invitations? Thanks everyone!
