So I had had problems with my first engagement ring's stones falling out. In the 5 months I had the ring I had to turn it in once a month for stones falling out. I was not rough with it I took it off every time I bathed slept washed my hands anything. Finally they let me turn it in under my warranty. Well Helzberg decided that I could turn my first ring in for store credit and pick out a new ring. I'm sad I don't have the ring FH purposed to me with but this ring is so prettttty
