Are you tired of your spouse watching Netflix shows without you? Netflix has introduced a co-watching contract that you and your partner could sign before binge-watching a new show.The terms and conditions are:

1. I won't fall asleep

2. I won't get distracted by my phone causing the other person to rewind because I missed something

3. I won't continue watching a show without the other person present

4. I won't talk whilst the show is on

5. In the event that I come across a spoiler, I won't share it with the other person


Would you sign this Netflix contact for couples? Why or why not?

    That's funny ahaha. I wouldn't though. Because for me, the shows we watch are mostly because I want to watch them so don't really need him around to do so.

    *laughs* oh geez.. I wouldn't. But on 'tv nights' he's pretty pouty if I don't watch with him, so he wouldn't watch a show without me anyways. Mainly because he's usually working in his art studio 2 days of the week, and he had gaming with friends another 1-2 nights a week. TV night is quiet 'just spend time with my wife' time. If it a show he likes, but I'm iffy about, he usually stops watching it all together!

    I wouldn’t sign it because we’d both break all those rules anyway! We’re insufferable to watch TV with! We both like to comment on everything and we definitely fall asleep easily.

    That's absolutely hilarious! I would have us sign just because I think it's funny but there's no way I can promise to not fall asleep during any show lol

    I also control the TV when football and basketball are not on so I don't think my husband and I would need it either.

    I break rule 1 and 4 all the time so I'd definitely be in trouble if I signed this contract Smiley laugh

    I actually watch more TV when my husband is not around compared to when he is. I prefer to play games and talk when he's here. But we do have some favorite shows on Netflix.

    We currently live separately but will move in together after we marry. FH is chill on TV until it comes to his sports, so that's the only time he'll definitely want the TV. I'm also used to watching shows on my laptop, so it's not a big deal if I go to another room and watch what I want!
