What style of nerd are you talking? Movies? Video games?

Anything from Kingdom Hearts, Disney piano covers...and I second anything by John Williams.

We are huge Disney people. My entrance tentatively is a piano/violin cover of How Far I'll Go from Moana. Exit is The Throne Room Song from the end of Star Wars: A New Hope.

I'll be walking down to Concerning Hobbits, instrumental song from LOTR. there's lots of string quartet covers of "nerdy" themes on YouTube!

FH wants the song from the end of a New Hope. I want the Game of Thrones credit music.

We're having nerdy songs before the wedding, I'd totally walk down to Hedwigs theme if I didn't love a string quartet of " Your Song" by Elton John.

Fun note though my girls are walking down to a string version of "Come What May" both are in Moulin Rouge

Our wedding is Star Wars themed so I am walking down the aisle to the theme to Star Wars.

If you're into video games anything from Legend of Zelda will work. Game of Thrones intro song. Theme to Harry Potter...there is so much!

My bridal party is walking down to Eowyn's theme from The Two Towers, and I'm walking down to Concerning Hobbits. We're huge Lord of the Rings fans

The wedding party is walking down to the orchestral version of the Kakariko village them from Legend of Zelda. Then I'm walking down to a harp version of Song of Memories from FF9. Boom.

We hired a classical guitarist and had him play "King of the Golden Hall" from LOTR for H's and GMs' processional. The BMs processed to "Hedwig's Theme." I also would have loved to do some Kingdom Hearts music if I did something from a video game.

I just heard the Zelda theme song in cello form and thought it sounded pretty cool! Would have to be slowed a bit down. Also the violin version of GOT

I heard the Jurassic Park theme song at a wedding once and loved it.

Have you looked into Vitamin String Quartet? They have string versions of plenty of "nerdy" music, they have two albums called "The Geek Wedding Album" and they have a lot of great pieces. I walked to their cover of "Storybook Love" from The Princess Bride because that is one of my favorite movies.

Since we plan to have a Skyrim- inspired wedding, were using its score.

Our exit song, that will start playing at "you may now kiss the bride" will be Gerudo Valley from Ocarina of Time. I know a LOT of people are going to freak at that part. I had said I wanted to walk down the isle to Zelda's Lullaby, but we decided we want less distracting songs during the ceremony, songs people might not recognize right away. I've started researching Studio Ghibli and Joe Hisashi songs to decide from there, as I'm a HUGE fan and not everyone we know is very familiar with those scores.
