You still have lots of time to order those items, so I woud sign up for emails from places like Vistaprint, Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc. so that you can purchase items on sale. Black Friday will be your BFF.

Checkout Thumbtack for up and coming HMUAs that are more affordable than experienced artists.

Florals really depend on what you're looking for. Do you want real or fake? You can get beautiful arrangements from Costco, Sam's Club, or local grocery stores.

Thank you! Planned on hopefully scoring some great deals around Black Friday! Do you know of any websites/companies that have good Black Friday deals specific for wedding things?

Most stationary websites like Minted, Vistaprint, and Zazzle will have their best deals around BF.

We did part of our flowers in silk and it saved us about $700 from doing all fresh. I also asked some of the vendors that I connected with for recommendations for hair and was able to connect with some awesome options from out of my budget to I can’t believe this is all you are charging me. I got centerpieces at Michael’s when they were 50% off. their sales rotate every couple of weeks so if you can’t get everything at once just wait a bit and they’ll go on sale again.

We saved a ton of money by:

    1. doing wood flowers from Sola. They have great sales all the time!!

    2. We didn't do Save the Dates and found invites from Anns Bridal Bargain for $.99 (RSVP card included)!

    4. Doing DIY for programs, accom cards, and all decorations. (Etsy has tons of templates to download and then can print things yourself, which saves a ton of money.

Try to list out things that you don't want to go cheap on and see where you can keep things low. Remember things don't need to be super fancy. At the end of the day, it's all about who you share the day with. Hope this helps!!

I'm DIYing my invitations. I bought envelopes and am about to buy some cardstock. It will be just at $100 for 125 invitations/reply cards. I haven't found anything even close to that on any website. We're using FiftyFlowers for our flowers and I will be arranging them myself. Facebook Marketplace has been awesome in buying decor. Buying some of the stuff that you would normally rent can also save money. I was able to find cloth napkins for $8.55/25 napkins. This was significantly cheaper than the rental company and I can sell them and get my money back after the wedding.

We got our wedding invites for 60% off thru Zazzle on a Black Friday sale. All of our decor is either rented or an upcycle DIY. We also opted to do flowers for bouquets and boutineers. No other florals. We spent maybe $200 on Etsy.
We also got our RSVP cards from Amazon. $12 for a pack of 50. We had to write in our RSVP deadline and our address on all 100 of them. But we saved around $200 on the cards. And since they were postcards, another $20 on return postage.
We also opted to have our details cards as double sided business cards. And we saved another $150 that way.

We ended up saving some money on flowers. All of our ceremony decorations for the welcome sign vases at the start of the aisle will all be reused to decorate the venue. The large piece for our arch will double as the sweetheart table flowers. The bridesmaid bouquets will be split and used to decorate the cake and guest books tables. We saved over 800 in flowers by having everything a Double purpose.

We also did all the stationary ourselves. Got templates off Etsy for about $10 and printed them at a local printer for 30 cents each. Each invite including stamp and envelope was less than a dollar.

I would say do some DIY that's what we are doing and that cut lots of cost. Also try and do your invites online, its so much easier to keep track of. I bought lots of stuff on sale and looked for deals during Black Friday. So wait for some holidays to get the big items.

For transportation we decided on a school bus as our shuttle to and from the venue for people who will be utilizing our room blocks. It saved us about $1,200 compared to renting a party bus or shuttle from a limo company.

I also plan on DIY all our signs, we’re purchasing the blank acrylics from Amazon and using my FSIL’s cricut to make all the vinyls.

I purchased these! It comes out to around $.34/napkin and my rental company charges $.55. Did't save me a ton of money but these are definitely one of those things I'd be able to sell.

I've also found this deal on fabric! I'm going to use them under my garland on my farmhouse tables and put one on the welcome table as well.

I purchased this custom stamp for my invitations. (It's come in already and I love it!)

Oh yea! It only took 10-15 mins to edit the invite and put our name and make it what we wanted. The ladies at the print shop were super easy to work with I sent the pdf to them and they printed me a demo right there and I picked up the rest of them the next day. Looking at how much some other places charge for invites that didn’t also include the stamp or envelope it wasn’t a huge savings but 100 for stds. 100 saved for invites and 70 for announcements made a difference. I also couldn’t find exactly what I wanted on any website so editing my own made me change the font size and make it easier to read and move the font down so I wasn’t blocking my hand in the photo for our std. I thought it was great! The website was templette. Not sure about any other brands but editing it was very user friendly!
