Need help picking a dress!

Thanks for all the responses! The boning on the first one feels a bit tight (but still almost 2 months until wedding so def lose some more weight). The picture of me was taken in February and the consultant clipped me really well. The second dress feels lighter (May also because it’s current big on me so it feels less restrictive)

They are both beautiful but the train on that second one is gorgeous.

You have to stand sit eat and dance in this dress for hours and hours. You also don’t need added stress about slimming down and what happens if you don’t quite accomplish that goal.

I like the second

The first is more the elegance and glamour look one expects in an old mansion, classy. Like #2, but the low back, and mostly sheer train, are in the sexy and up to the minute fashionable in cut and fit. I think #2 a bad match for the venue.

Oh Dang. I can def see why you are stuck. I would be too. I love the train on the second one and I love the glamorous look at the same time. I would say maybe #1 and find a cathedral veil

BUT... I will say when I was dress shopping I was torn between 2 dresses as well. I kept putting them back on back to back from each other. They were both mermaid dress but had very different features. One had an all beaded back and a deep V and the other was all lace with a beautiful train and a boat neck. I ended up with the lace one because I felt more like myself in it and it gives a very “innocent”/precious vibe and that’s how I wanted to feel. Follow your heart girly! Best of luck to you!

Thank you everyone! I ended up deciding on the first one since it def fits the venue more. It was a hard choice! Now onto alterations...
