Hi everyone!

I need everyone's help trying to decide on two dresses that I really loved. I've always envisioned myself in a whimsical dress filled with 3D floral appliqués, and these two dresses definitely fulfilled all of my wedding dress dreams. But I'm having a hard time deciding between the two.

This first dress was actually my first ever wedding dress that I tried on and I immediately fell in love with it because the train is just beautiful and I love how the dress looks like it has vines all over with the flowers. I'm just worried about the Champagne lining with the Ivory appliqués. While I love the color contrast when I first tried it on, I'm just scared it'll look different especially while we're on the beach (we're having a destination wedding in Thailand). This dress does come in Ivory/Ivory or White/White, but they don't have either of those available for me to try on in store, so I'm just worried it won't give me the same feeling the Champagne/Ivory one does. I also don't know if I love the bodice (and velvet belt) of this dress when I compare it with the second dress which has a nicer bodice and sweetheart neckline.

This is the second dress that I fell in love with. I love the sweetheart neckline on this one and love how the bodice fits and looks on me. I also love how you can see the boning and a little sheerness in the bodice area. It has a sparkly shimmer throughout that is just gorgeous when it catches the light. But I'm not loving the train of this dress as much when I compare it to the train of the first dress. I also feel that because this is pure white (or maybe Ivory? I didn't check what color this was) you can't actually see the 3D flowers on the dress as much. I did get to see a beautiful pearl veil on me in this dress (along with a little flower crown) and I loved it so much.

Help me decide!! Thanks so much!!

You can't go wrong with either one, they're both stunning on you! But I vote #1 in the champagne because it really makes those appliques pop.

Trust your instincts and pick the one you feel the most bridal and beautiful in! (Then stop looking at the other one haha. I was torn between a few and after I made my choice, I foolishly kept looking at pictures of the others and second guessed my decision.)

The first one looks gorgeous and love it in champagne. If you like the sweetheart neckline better ask your seamstress if they can achieve that on the dress.. when I went shopping I loved one dress but it had a few small things I would have preferred (including a sweetheart neckline) and they said it would be no problem to make the adjustment.

Personally I like the first one. But if you're having qualms about either dress maybe neither are the one. Just my opinion.

I love the first one, but I love champagne dresses. I just like the floral pattern on that one, so I think it would be great in white/ white as well. Thing about what is the most important feature for your dress. Google and find real brides in the white/ white version. Which one would you be most bummed about if you went back and it wasn't available?

I love the first dress, I think the overall lace and color contrast looks very flattering. You can always wear a pearl/beaded sash/belt to cover the velvet belt that you don’t like. Such an easy fix to wear a beautiful dress. My dress is also champagne under and tulle dress over that you can see the champagne through and I personally love that look.

I vote the first one, and modify the bodice and add the belt that you need to make the fit more like the second one.

That being said, since you’re getting married outdoors on the beach, the second dress shorter train and the glitter have some convincing traits. Can you get the second dress in two colors to contrast like the first? I love how the appliqués pop!

Those are both GORGEOUS dresses. That’s exactly the vision I’m going for too - 3D floral appliqués. I adore the bodice of the second one, but the first dress as a whole is spectacular. You look great in both though, good luck choosing one!!

I love both dresses, but I pick #1. It seems to be exactly what you are looking for in regards to the 3D flowers. Overall, I think it is more whimsical and romantic that the 2nd dress, and that’s exactly what you said you wanted. I think you just have to decide about the color. I ordered my dress in a different color than what the shop had for the sample, so it takes a leap of faith. You said you don’t think the flowers pop as much on the 2nd dress because it is solid white/ivory, and it sounds like you really want them to stand out, so I think you have your answer. I wouldn’t be concerned about the dress on the beach. If anything, the champagne could give it a natural, beachy, sand feel.
