Need advice on how to make my centerpiece?

So I'm doing the enchanted rose like this one. My question is how do I hide the battery for the lights?

Hmm...maybe cover it with some sort of felt that is close in color to the wood or rose stem?

Or hot glue the leaves around it..but leave the back of the battery box looser to change batteries.
Also spanish moss at the dollar tree covers well.

Hey Riley!! I love this centerpiece!! Are you a Beauty and the Beast fan?

Would it be possible to hide the battery underneath some greenery or material that would make it look like a cushion?

This might be a bit of a stretch, but coming from someone who makes wedding cakes, if you ask your bakery they could maybe make a small hole/compartment on the top of the cake for the battery pack to sit in (if the battery pack is on the outside of your globe thing) They could then wrap the battery pack in plastic wrap, place it in the cake and place your topper on-top of the small hole to cover it. I have done this many times and it turns out great, just wish i had a picture for you to get a visual. Otherwise if its inside the globe what about covering with a rose leaf or something??

I was having the same issue with my centerpieces. I ended up making a band of ribbon to go around the vase and hid the pack under the rocks where the band was so no one would see it. I cant even see the pack in your picture so I think it is hidden well. You could always put the pack underneath and get those fabric chair things (the things you stick on the bottom of chairs so they don't scratch the floors up) to even out then bottom so they don't tip or lean to one side. Does that make sense lol.

I had a similar issue. I'm doing a black lantern with the string lights inside, but I had to figure out how to hide the big ugly white battery pack. I decided to hot glue the battery pack to the floor of the lantern and put 3 fake roses at the bottom to hide it. Maybe do what one of the previous posters said and play with some of the leaves. Or maybe cover it with a petal or something.

I would hot glue it to the wooden base then hot glue moss on top of it to hide it.

I like the suggestion of moss or other greenery, that could work really well. Is it a Beauty & the Beast themed wedding? My Bro and SIL had a B&B themed wedding and their cake was awesome, so many cool things you can do with that theme!

My theme is Happily Ever After with a little subtle Disney everywhere my colors are burgundy and rose gold so I thought this centerpiece would go well.

I would say Spanish moss or make a false bottom. If you buy one that has a false bottom it will hide the batteries too instead of trying to make one.

What about a little bit of moss at the bottom to hide the battery?
