Well I may have just have cried some!! They just updated the N.C. guideline to 50 or less at gathering and have closed hair salons and nails salons and any other none essential business!! I’m coming to the realization my May 24th wedding may not be happening thank god I have a plan B date of October 9th 2020!! Looks like I may be going from a May bride to October bride!! I just don’t want to risk my NY family coming to NC and people getting sick on my behalf!! I wouldn’t forgive myself!! And oddly I feel a weight lifted .. Strange

I'm a NC & October bride too! I'm glad you are feeling some sort of relief but it's still such a hard thing to get passed... Good for you for having a plan B and seeming very calm. Hopefully by October everything will be cleared up for us!!!!!
We're supposed to visit The OBX in literally one month to tie up a few loose ends, I probably shouldn't hold my breath on it though

Girl, I feel you. I'm in VA, and we have a 30 day no more than 10 people ban. I'm also May 24, and since the moment I realized that we will probably postpone, I've been dying to just make the call. I don't want to spend every day of the next step months stressing. And I'm happy you're feeling that relief!! Now you can focus on the next few months without holding your breath

I felt relief too! Mine was originally March 29th, and the stress was killing me. Once I got word the venue had to reschedule me, it gave me some focus and direction. I am now moving forward with September 13th. That sounds like a better date, anyway.

Hang in there, lovely ladies. We’ll get through this.

Lol thought October now just had to move it to sept 4th due to my photographers availability I really want him to do our photos lol
