Where do you live? In my area - September would be way too warm for tweed, most of the time. I probably wouldn't break it out until late October at the earliest.

Check Amazon. You should look for a lightweight Tweed since it will be warm for September. High quality suits are made of wool but Tweed can be a little heavier.

We are doing brown tweed and used Studiosuits.com. They have a lot of different tweed options and custom make the suits. We just received FH's suit last week and it came out great!

I don’t know about tweed, but my FH got his suit from Indochino. They’re custom made, but still about the same price as other “off the rack” suit shops. They must have had 20+ blues to choose from.
