We got married at Searles Castle in Windham, NH. It was the 3rd place we looked at and nothing compared to it after. So glad we got married there it was a blast and gorgeous.

We are meeting with Bull Creek Golf Club in Woodstock, IL on Thursday! Can't wait because I am so excited can't stop looking at pictures of it. I think this is the one.

Essex Steam Train, Essex Ct. 3rd choice, once we started looking at what was out there and what we wanted to do. We'll do the ceremony in one of the rooms they have there, hop on the train and then have our reception on the Becky Thatcher riverboat on the Ct River. I plan on telling them I want to go past Gillette Castle, since all of FH's family is from Texas and hasn't been up here to see any of New England.

@love4slife - I've been to a wedding at the atrium at the Curtis Center. It is GORGEOUS! Great pick!

Our wedding venue is The Gables at Chadds Ford in Chadds Ford, PA. It was the first venue we looked at, and I knew I wanted it even before we were engaged!

Brown's Revolution Hall - Troy, NY. It was my first choice and only place we looked at. So many rave reviews.

@MacToBe, that's what my Brother and his wife did... except it was in a state park, under a willow next to a lake... and 0530 in the morning. She wanted a dawn wedding. It was beautiful, but cold and everybody was tired.

Our venue is the Brickyard! It was not my first pick, but I am so excited because FH fell in love with it as much as I did. We go next month to book it, and I so can't wait to REALLY start planning.

Princeton University Chapel for the ceremony, and Prospect House (the faculty dining club) for the reception! I've always wanted to get married there (I grew up in town), and since my FH went to school there, it's both of our dreams come true. Can't wait!!

These are beautiful! Being a FL girl we're getting married on the water at Pier 22 in Bradenton, FL. Their food is amazing and the view will be overlooking the river at sunset.
