Nail Polish

I did this last night...

Keep it neutral. Like you said, you don't want peoples attention drawn away from you/your dress/hair to your nails.

What about a shimmery silver? Not glitzy or glittery, but a soft shimmer so it'll pick up the light.

@jenn - LOVE IT - what color is that?

I'm not sure what's in the pictures but I chose something a little more "pale pink" as I think the picture is more of a neutral nail color. I did pale pink gel nails with the little glitters and love it!

I just showed them the picture and picked out the pink and they did it just fine!

What about a champagne or taupe color? That's one of my favs when I'm not feeling a french but want something neutral.

My wedding colors were eggplant and ivory and I used pink nail polish.. These were my bridal nails.

I like the glitter look. I tought about the silver polish myself & @Val I love how subtle yours are with a little bling. I'm torn too. I want to get away from the french ;ook as well...

How about painting them pale pink or any neutral color with the bling added like this?

Do something neutral. it'll make your fingers look longer and your ring show off.

That being said, I'm alternating between My Private Jet and Ink....ha ha ha

I would go with a nude, a soft pink, or a cream color. Definitely not silver.
