Nail color?

Suggestions for the perfect wedding nail color? When I want a neutral nail, I tend to go more for the pinky shades, but I fear this would look funny next to my dress (ivory with champagne underlay, definitely has more of a gold/antique feel to it). Usually the true nudes I’ve found end up too...

Suggestions for the perfect wedding nail color? When I want a neutral nail, I tend to go more for the pinky shades, but I fear this would look funny next to my dress (ivory with champagne underlay, definitely has more of a gold/antique feel to it). Usually the true nudes I’ve found end up too translucent. My nails are also fairly short, if that matters. Thoughts and pictures welcome! Edited to fix a word.

    Skin tones definitely affect this, but Essie's Mademoiselle is one of my go to sheer, nude pink everyday colors

    Thanks guys. Most of the colors you've suggested are favorites of mine, but I'm still concerned they'll be too pink and clash with my dress. Hoping to find something with more yellow undertones vs pinks.

    I went with a really bright red, which, while pretty unusual, I think, ended up coming out really awesome in our pictures.

    OPI's "Be There in a Prosecco" is a nice creamy nude with a yellow/peach undertone.

    Just remember you don't have to go with a nude or light pink.

    I sugggest a French Tip nail. It is simple and elegant that fits the occasion.

    I just really don't think any neutralish, pinkish color will clash no matter what you're wearing. I'm trying to go as subtle as possible because i want my hands to look manicured but not a focal point for any photos.

    Get three coats, should make it opaque.

    What about something like this?! I would definitely splurge and have them done at a nail salon. Get no chip if you have flimsy nails. That way you aren't ruining your nail with acrylic. I do no chip all the time and LOVE it.

    My dress was ivory with lots of lace, bracing, and sparkle. I went with a bit of shimmer and a pop of color to match my wedding colors. It was more "me" than the Pinterest pictures I found.

    I did this for my engagement shoot lol. Don't know if I'll do something similar again for my wedding though.
