My guests can't find my website

Hi! I am having issues with our guests not being able to find out website if they search our names on the main website. Did anyone else experience this and if so, how was it resolved? I sent an email to wedding wire about a week ago and still haven't heard back.

    Yes I have done that, but if they want to log on into their computer by name search our names do not come up

    I dont use WW for the website (I use The Knot) but is there an option to make it private or make it visible? Maybe you need to 'publish' it so people can see it?
