I hope so. The actual dress is at his parent's house because we're moving in together in December and it can't be in the same dwelling as him because he has no self-control and would peek. I expected him to assume I would have pictures of my dress on my phone and avoid it like the plague, but apparently not.

Aww! That is my worst nightmare! I have teased him with other dresses I tried on. But I won’t let him see my phone until after the wedding! I have too many top secrets of the wedding on my phone! He barely knows anything that is going on!

This is why I didn't take or save any pictures of my dress on my phone. Lol! Not only that, but we linked our Google Photos accounts together, so we can always see each other's photos as soon as they're backed up. I left the photo taking of my dress to my mom and sister.

This same thing happened to me! Was showing FH pics of something and just kept swiping left then Boom..there I am standing there in my dress! It was a 2 second glimpse but still! Like a pp said..I'm sure they will forget by the wedding once you throw h/mu in the mix!

He'll forget. Also I think after alterations it looks much better anyway.

You can do hidden photo albums on an iphone (idk about droids). Pictures in that album won’t show up in your general album and you have to scroll all the way down to access it. For those with pics of your dress it’s a safer option than letting it sit where someone can accidentally scroll to it!

It's ok! Photos vs him seeing it in real life with your accessories and make up/hair done will look different and he may not even remember the details of your gown after aha

They will forget, I'm not even worried about it.

We will look completely different with hair, make up and veils( if you are wearing one) I am.

I put my photos , on my cloud, so it doesn't happen again🤷

I wouldn't worry! If you're not getting married until April 2021 then he will most likely forget it by then. Even if you were getting married in a few months he would have probably forgotten what it looks like. Also, how it looks on you when you're all done up for the wedding day will be so different than whatever picture he saw on your phone.

FH doesn’t get why he can’t see my dress but has been really good about not peeking. The dress is hanging in our master closet, there’s no other place for it.

Don't freak out!

My mom was with me In person when I found and bought my dress and she took a million pictures of it. On the phone the other day I said something about my dress and her response was “oh my gosh, I can’t even picture what your dress looks like now”. If my mother who stared at it for over an hour and helped me pick it out can’t remember then you have a good chance of your FH forgetting, especially by 2021. Also, my FH occasionally compliments my “new” outfit that he’s seen me wear a hundred times. You should be just fine 😊

They have apps that are pw protected.
I am the same way with my fiancé, we are very open. One thing I am hiding is what the dress looks like. I currently have the app called photo vault.

If he’s like most men, he’ll completely forget what it looks like. Especially as far away as your wedding it. I’d try not to sweat it too hard.

I’m hoping he’ll forget. He forgets things like dates all the time, so I’m sure he’ll be surprised still, especially since I’m planning on getting a bigger slip than the one he saw in the picture, and I’m overloading him with pictures of the ring I want to get since I don’t have my official engagement ring yet xD
