My Ex Is Getting Married!

My ex of ten years, the father of my child, is getting married next week. I don't see it as something to deal with in regards to him. My daughter having a step mom who she referred to as mom the other day is a little bothersome..but that's the only part of the marriage that bothers me.

I couldn't care less honestly. We're exes for a reason. What he does with his life is his business. What bothered me the most was how quick he was engaged to his ex-gf before our divorce was even mailed in. Clearly they had things going on for awhile before that but it is what it is.

I said good riddance! He was a lying, cheating, POS who got married like 6 months after I kicked him out of my house. It wasn't the woman he was cheating with but that poor girl has no clue what kind of hot mess she's shackin' up with. Part of me wanted to reach out to her but it really wasn't my place... who knows, maybe "he's changed"?

I think I would be happy for my ex and even more grateful for my FH. The chapter with my ex is closed, but I have a lifetime to go with FH

I hope to god every day that my ex will find someone who will tolerate his nonsense and get him on the right track. Not for my benefit, but my sons. If it wasn’t for my son I wouldn’t care what happened to him.

I'd be calling the cops, because he's a terrible human being and I'm 150% sure he's hurting *someone*.

I wasn't with anyone else long enough for me to care as an ex. (Maybe as a friend, I'd be excited for them.)

I can understand that. I wouldn't want my daughter calling anyone else mom either. But then again now she will be her step mom so its kind of complicated.
