No not at the alterations point yet. Still waiting on the designer to make my dress and ship it to the boutique! I will definitely be sharing photos as I the dress progresses with alterations though!

No I did not. I didn’t even think about that possibility when I was first dress shopping. My dress is from Mori Lee, but once I get it back I plan on adding detachable sleeves and possibly altering the neckline depending on how it falls on me.
