You'd either have to play the music yourself or hire a band.

You could do a playlist of the songs that you would like to have at your wedding using your phone, tablet or laptop (Chromebook or MacBook). Just make sure that you can connect to WiFi and a portable speaker that you can connect to as well.

A lot of people these days skip the DJ.
If you choose to, do not forget to:
-Pay for an ad-less subscription
-set the playlist to loop
-Charge everything! Bring chargers!
-Bring a microphone system
