Multiple Event RSVP Cards

Kristina, on July 5, 2016 at 9:40 PM Posted in Planning 0 6

Hi All, I am looking to do 1 RSVP card that has multiple wedding events (welcome dinner, wedding, day after activity). My wedding is a destination wedding for all so I would assume all wedding attendees would attend all events but I'd like to have each guest specify which events they will attend. Has anyone done this and if so, how did you word it? Does each event get it's own separate line? Does anyone have any examples they wouldn't mind sharing???

You might be better off with an online RSVP system. If you were going to do the card form, I would put lots of details on the wedding website and then I would have a separate line for each event and just have them check which event they want to go to.

We are having two ceremonies on different days (two cultures) so I listed the two days on the RSVP.

We did the rehearsal invites separately and asked for RSVP via email/phone for that part. Our cards had meal choices on the front and y/n for the shuttle on the back of the card. Maybe you could put one event on each side?

I have a destination wedding too with 6 different events. I just had one RSVP card for the wedding and then the wedding website will have all the events. I am including an extra card in the invitation with details of each event and the wedding website for RSVP. I also listed my email address and phone number if there are any questions. I only sent out 35 invitations so I won't be flooded with a bunch of emails or calls. Otherwise, you could just list them on the RSVP card but I think that would be a lot of clutter.

Is there a reason why you need to know the number of guests who will attend each event if they are all invited? Might get confusing.

You can try an online feature where they can click on which even they will attend.

I did this. I had an insert for our party back home, and had 2 lines with the number attending the wedding and the number attending the party.
