I think it would be perfect

I don’t think it looks white at all. I think it’s perfect for a mother of the groom dress.

It’s lovely. Unless you’re doing a blush dress with a white/ivory overlay, I think it’s fine for her dress.

I’d just let her wear whatever she likes. It’s not like you’re worried someone will confuse your FMIL for a bride lol. I’m still not clear why brides feel there is a need to control what other people wear to their wedding 🤔

I guess I never thought about that situation, because my mom or my FMIL would never even consider wearing anything remotely similar to my dress. And I say that without them even knowing how my dress looks like, because we just have completely opposite styles lol. Like, if you thought about 3 styles that couldn’t be any more different, that would be 3 of us 😂
