Probably my mother because she is extra and will tell everyone how much time and money she spent on this day (even though they already know because it's the only thing she talks about hahahah)

I didn't think anyone would but his aunt and then his mom both made short speeches that were basically just funny stories of him as a kid. I loved it! He was so embarrassed though lol
