Morning wedding vs brunch themed “dinner”

Hello!!

I am just gathering opinions. FH and I are big breakfast fans and would like to serve our guests brunch/ breakfast. Do you think it would be better to have a morning ceremony followed by brunch and dancing, or stick with a traditional afternoon ceremony but serve breakfast for dinner?

Either way it will be on a Saturday in either July or August (so the heat during an outdoor ceremony concerns me a little).

I assume there would be little dancing at a morning wedding, just from experience. If it were me, I'd do an afternoon/evening ceremony and do brunch. So some breakfast items & some dinner items. Our wedding is outdoors in July outside of Denver, ceremony will be between 70-80 degrees. We will have flavored ice water for guests and fans, and it will be a short ceremony.
