For our wedding, we are going to have at least two signature drinks - a gin and tonic, and a vodka drink. The bar will also have two kinds of beer and 3 wine options. If we are doing signature drinks, do we need to offer other mixers in case people want something else? Or since we are having beer and wine as well, it will be fine? I keep going back and forth on this. We are obviously trying to keep costs lower, but want to make sure our guests are satisfied.
