I do not use the apostrophe for mine (the perkins) but I 99.9999% sure it’s grammatically correct to use it

Adding an apostrophe would indicate possession, like, "We met at the Morales' house." If you're not showing possession, there wouldn't be a need for an apostrophe.

This. The apostrophe shows possession. So, if you are just saying The Morales as in the Morale Family then no you will not use one you just add an S. Unless I am mistaken and your lastname ends with the S then it would add -es (Moraleses)

Assuming the last name is "Morales", it would be With love, The Moraleses (more than one Morales). Using a different example, if the last name was Smith, it would be With love, The Smiths (not The Smith). If you don't like the way the plural looks, you can always substitute, With love, Mr. & Mrs. Morales or With love, Dan & Jennifer Morales, to get around using the plural.

It definitely doesn't take an apostrophe, because that indicates possession of something, which doesn't apply to the context.

    Here's a quick explanation: https://getitwriteonline.com/articles/plural-but-not-possessive/

No apostrophe! It would be With love, The Moraleses or With love, The Morales Family

It depends on how you are using it. Are you say The Morales family? Then no apostrophe because it isn’t possessive. If you are saying the Morales’ wedding then you do need the apostrophe because it is possessive.

Would an apostrophe go after the s in this case?

Absolutely no apostrophe and it should be "Moraleses" plural, see the link in my earlier post for the explanation. Good luck!

No, you would add an es in this case. So it would read “The Moraleses” because you are making it plural. Or you could say “The Morales Family”.

Use "With love, The Morales". No apostrophe!

The s is for for plural (more than one). The apostrophe s' is for possession (ownership). You are saying, "With love, from all of us" which is plural. You are not saying "With love, we own something".
