Month for outdoor wedding in Northern California?

Hi there! I’m planning on getting married in Novato, California and would like advice on picking a date. We are thinking 2024 but are deciding between June, august, and September. I’m worried it’ll be too hot but then I’m also worried about it being cold at night. Not sure what will be best.
