Azazie has great MOB dresses. They also don't specifically have to be labeled for mother of the bride, Dillard's and Nordstrom both sell beautiful dresses that would be appropriate.

Do you have a specific color in mind for the mother of the bride outfit?
You should definitely check out some department stores in your area. Do you know where your mom would usually look for occasion wear? You could also check there. Her outfit doesn’t need to be labeled ‘mother of the bride’ in order for it to be suitable.
