@Emily I have the same ring and absolutely love it. Can't stop staring at it. It sparkles so much. Glad to have this instead of a diamond because I didn't want a blood diamond and that weighing on my conscious. Thanks for the cleaning advise ladies!!!

I have one from Charles and Colvard and I love it. I clean it with water and an old toothbrush usually.

Absolutely love my moissanite. I clean it in a ring cleaner like you would a diamond. I've not had any issues with mine.

I'm with Susan. I also have a Charles and Colvard moissanite, and it's perfect. I first found out about morganite as an option, but they tend to have a pink or yellow undertone/ hue. Then I stumbled upon moissanite's, and read up on their strength, clarity, price, etc. They are normally about 60% cheaper for the same size "rock". We were even in Zales the other day looking at bands for my FH, and I asked the guy at the counter, (I'd never asked a real jeweler before) if he knew what type of stone my ring was. He said diamond. I was so excited, I almost yelled back in his face like a kid on the playground. NOPE! It's a moissanite! He said, "Its still a diamond, just lab created." Now, I've never heard that, but, I do know that moissanite are about a 9.4 on the strength scale next to sapphire and another gemstone I can't remember, (emerald maybe?). While a diamond of course, is a 10. To me, it's just as beautiful, if not more radiant than a regular diamond. It saved my FH, and therefor us, money before the wedding, to use it on other more important things. Not that this was a huge reason that we decided to go with the moissy, but, it it's also not a blood diamond. I'm not implying that others that have diamonds are guilty or supporting the industry, just adding that to your list of pros as a positive side note. Smiley smile We talked about at our 5 year anniversary, buying me a real diamond ring, but, I'll tell you... I fall more in love with it every day. Let me know if you have any questions! I have tons of resources, videos and data sheets to break down the exact comparison of a diamond vs a moissanite.

Love mine, it's exactly what I wanted. It always looks amazing, they're almost as hard as diamonds, and hold well. Edit to add, mine is a forever one, C &C one also.

I don't have one but we are looking into getting me a different ring.. (there was a whole drama with my original before we got engaged) so I have a beautiful ring just not quite my style.. and the company we found and have been talking with is amazing!

    TheTrueGem.com

With that being said I haven't ordered yet.. it has only been conversations so I can't speak for anything other than the customer service and question answering and the beauty of what they show on ig and the website!

Moissanite is the next hardest gemstone after diamonds, so they hold up beautifully. This is an 8mm Charles and colvard colorless forever one hearts and arrows, and photos can’t capture the insane sparkle. I love it so much! My jeweler recommended boiling a pan of water, adding a little dish soap, then hanging the ring by a wire into the water for a few minutes before brushing it with a super soft toothbrush. My white gold gets a little scuffed on the bottom, but no problems whatsoever with the stone.

This is mine!! And I love it! No one has ever been able to tell the difference and I show it off in all sorts of lighting. I clean mine with the diamond dazzle stick fro Amazon, rinse in warm water and let air dry.
