You could accessorize differently. Have the MOHs wear a more glitzy necklace/earrings, or statement shoes. I think the belt is a nice touch but don’t do that if you don’t like it because you don’t want to look back and regret anything about your day!

Could she get the same dress different color or maybe a belt of a different color?

I was going to have my MOH wear a beaded belt with her dress, but it doesn’t really go, so we’re thinking of having her wear some sort of beaded hairpiece to make her stand out a little.

Not related to the dress standing out but when I was the MOH in my best friend’s wedding she had her florist make a miniature version of her bouquet for me while the other girls had simple red rose bouquets. I also wore gold shoes while the other girls wore black, but her dresses were short so that may not work for you. I agree with the different accessories suggestion, have them wear fancier jewelry than everyone else or you could even find them a piece that matches and have just them wear it. My FH’s sister did that with her sisters, they all wore the same bracelet. And girl....I have 3 MOHs too! I thought I was the only person like that!

My bridesmaids all picked the same dress too. I haven't decided how to make my MOH stand out wither. I do like the idea of a belt.
