moh Dress

So all of my bridal party members will have different dresses as long as it's pink, I don't care. but my Moh chose a color that stands out a bit more than theirs, like peach rather than pink

You can do whatever you like. I’m personally not into crazy differences as I like some uniformity. All my girls chose their own dresses from a specific store in the same color and length. The only thing I did to make my moh stand out is give her a slightly different bouquet (mine was a mix of red and white flowers. Hers was more white with a few red flowers, and the other bridesmaids only had 2 red flowers each in their mostly white bouquets.

All of the dresses are different, but the bridesmaids are in dusty blue and my moh will be in stormy.

My MOH and bridesmaid are wearing the same dress.. I think the different dresses idea might be pretty if you had a large group, but with just my MOH and 1 bridesmaid I feel, for me, would look unorganized.

My MOH had a slightly different dress because she waited too long to order and her size was discontinued.
I dont like huge differences personally. I think a slightly different style or maybe adding a blingy belt is plenty different to stand out

The bouquet idea is a GREAT unique idea !! I love it!!

My bridesmaids are all wearing the same dress. Different colors. So my MOH wont stand out. But different dresses and different colors was too much non uniformity for me.

All of my bridal party members had a different dress - and we had 3 colors. The only thing that made my MOH "stand out" was that her dress happened to have a belt on it (which you can't see here - but shes in purple to my left). You can do whatever you'd like! There are no rules

I love this idea! I only have one bridesmaid as well... what about the Mother of the Groom? Do you have anything planned specifically for her?

My MoH is wearing a different color from my bridesmaids.

Mine are all matching...that was their decision. I told them they could have any style as long as the colors blended together cohesively...but they all liked the same one.🤷

Traditionally, the maid or matron of honor has a larger boquet or one that is different from the bridesmaids to stand out.

And of course she is the one standing next to you at the altar.

My brother is my man of honor 🤣 my bridesmaids dresses are a very soft petal pink, and he’s going to be wearing a slightly darker shade of pink PANTS with a white shirt. He will stand out regardless but i wanted to show the honor part too. It’s different!

All of my girls seem to be headed toward the same dress my MOH picked out. I gave the other two the option of the halter she picked out or a dress with a full back and slightly different skirt that held mostly to the same shape and front neckline. The only difference now seems to be in their brooch pins and jewelry (MOH is wearing a gold four leaf clover & simple gold jewelry where the other 2 have silver jewelry and matching brass pins.)

Weve picked out some sparkly, pretty ones, but shes scared shes goin out sparkle my mom so shes waiting until my mom picks out her dress.

My MOH and bridesmaids are all wearing the same color, different styles, but my MOH is the only one with lace on her dress.

Originally, I would have my MOH in the same color just a different style but I know some of my girls have different preferences in which they would feel more comfortable and confident so in all honesty, I will have a talk with them and see what they would be comfortable in. If they do all end up wearing different styles then maybe I'll see about my MOH being in a slightly different shade of that color so she could stand out a bit more. I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there lol
