Mock Ceremony

I am getting officially married in December, however, my grandmother who is the most important person in my life is very ill and may not make it till then. As a result my fiance and I have decided to do a mock ceremony at her house so that she can watch me get married. It will basically be everything except the signing of the license. I have about a week to put this together and need some major inspiration on affordable and quick wedding ideas. I am going for a very floral hippie type theme for the ceremony at her house,
