Mobile Pics Look Different From Desktop Version

On my WeddingWire website, our picture appears the way I want it to in the preview of both the desktop and mobile versions of the site.

However, when I actually visit the website on my phone our picture looks different, it's way too cropped and zoomed in.


Is there a way I can fix this or a tech support number I can call that could help?

    Were you able to get this fixed? The same thing happen to me. What I did to fix it was complicated. I literally took a bunch of black photos and the picture I wanted to post I pinched it to make it smaller and took a screenshot of it. (Because I used a photo I took on my phone) When I uploaded it it was zoomed out and you couldn’t see the extra photos from my camera roll, it was only the black photos. I know this is complicated but it worked for me.

    I wasn't able to get it fixed. I contacted customer support twice and they don't have a solution for me. They suggested I use a different picture but that didn't help.
